Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

• Please ensure accurate contact details to avoid delivery delays.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp (if applicable).

• You can track your order through the courier service provided.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

• Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or incomplete address details.

• If an order is returned due to incorrect information or unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

• Claims for damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
