Return & Refund Policy – Al-Qaswa Pure

At Al-Qaswa Pure, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in delivering pure, high-quality honey and ghee. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Products that have been opened or used
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
• Orders placed on sale or promotional discounts

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:
• A damaged product, or
• The wrong item,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Refund Process
• Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit (as applicable).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

Delivery Area
• We currently only deliver within Pakistan.
• This policy applies to all orders shipped inside Pakistan.
